At Sakina Nawaz, we carefully prepare every Damascus knife order for safe and reliable delivery. Each order is inspected, securely packaged, and dispatched with care so your knife arrives in excellent condition.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during busy periods may require additional processing time.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times depend on your destination and selected shipping method:
- Domestic Delivery: 3–7 business days
- International Delivery: 7–15 business days
- Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery destination, package size, and available shipping method. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available. You can use your tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment.
International Orders
Sakina Nawaz ships to selected international destinations. Customers placing international orders are responsible for ensuring that the purchase, import, and possession of Damascus knives are permitted under the laws applicable to their location.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct your address, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Sakina Nawaz as soon as possible and provide your order number along with clear photographs of the package and product. We will review the issue and assist you with the next steps.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can assist you.
Knife Delivery Requirements
Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations concerning the purchase, importation, delivery, and possession of Damascus knives in their country, state, or region.
Sakina Nawaz reserves the right to cancel an order when delivery of a particular product is prohibited or cannot legally be completed at the destination.
